  It was Labor Day Weekend, Saturday in the afternoon. I noticed my dog was eating something I looked and To my shock it was Rat poison. I knew it was a holiday weekend and finding a Vet open was not going to be easy until i found Animal Emergency Clinic. I called and told the receptionist what happened and she said to bring the dog in right away. I got there and they immediately took Abby to the back and started working on her. We met with the Doctor and she explained to us just what was going to happen to Abby. Stephanie the Vet Tec Nurse was great and she kept us updated on Abby. We were very happy with the Clinic. The Staff was very professional and friendly. We even got a refund for a procedure that they didn't think she really needed. Very Honest Staff. Grateful to all the staff for taking such good care of our precious Abby. Abby is doing fine.

  If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is absolutely heartless and unprofessional. Do not let these uncaring people anywhere near your animals. My dog was bit by our pig on his back leg. It was bleeding and the skin was hanging. They wanted 1300$ to fix him up and do tests. My mom met me here so we could try to figure out how to come up with the money. I was in a room, but was asked to wait in the wating room until we figured out the payment situation. My bleeding dog & I sat in the waiting room while my mom talked to the staff. The staff informed my mom that my attitude sucked & that we needed to go somewhere else. I was upset & crying from seeing my dog hurt, NOT ONCE did I get rude or nasty with staff. My mom asked the lady if she could speak with the manager. The lady informed my mom that she was the lead & that we needed to go somewhere else because of my attitude. I went to another vet, they took my dog straight back & only charged me 600$ for the same thing this place wanted to do. I was considered rude & asked to leave because my dog was hurt. NOT A PLACE FOR ANYONE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR ANIMALS.
